UK Agro Solutions is GLAA licenced and operates within the guidelines set by the GLAA. The GLAA's (Gangmasters' Labour Abuse Authority) licensing scheme regulates businesses that provide workers to the fresh produce supply chain and horticulture industry, to make sure they meet the employment standards required by law. 

We are ALP members and we adhere to the ETI (Ethical Trading Initiative) code of practice. The Association of Labour Providers (ALP) is a recognised specialist trade association that supports and ensures the best practice of its members by providing a model of good practice for recognised  provision, use and management of workers in relevant service sectors.

UK Agro Solutions is committed to maintaining high Health & Safety policies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff. 

All of our workers are well equipped and trained before they start any assignment. Our training includes, but is not limited to, Work Place Safety, Manual Handling, Injury Management, & fundamental basics of food hygiene.
